The Overall Structure

The organizational structure of The Cappuccino Club falls under two separate yet interdependent departments; the off-field or overseas operations and the on-field or Philippines-based operations. The Cappuccino Club is structured in such a way as to provide a high standard of accountability and communication between all partners while at the sames time allowing for an on-going developing partnership between the individual sponsor and the student they are sponsoring.

The Sponsor

The philosophy of The Cappuccino Club is to maximize partnership opportunities between the donor and the student. There is much benefit to be gained from investing more than money into the lives of the poor and needy. We promote regular correspondence between both parties for the purpose of mutual encouragement.

The Student

The Cappuccino Club student is required to complete their studies to the best of their ability. They are also required to participate in a contextualized mentoring program with their field coordinator for the purpose of personal development. They must also write a detailed report to The Cappuccino Club at the end of each semester.

The On-field Coordinator

The local field coordinator is responsible for maintaining a frequent dialogue with The Cappuccino Club Board. They are responsible for channeling the necessary funding to individual students and obtaining official receipts for all payments with the exception of transportation costs. The Field Coordinator is also responsible for meeting with the student at least fortnightly for the purpose of mentoring and character development.

Bright Hope World Incorporated

Bright Hope World serves the interests of The Cappuccino Club by channeling the funds from NZ to the On-field coordinators. They are also able to issue tax rebate receipts on all donations received from within NZ.

The Cappuccino Club Board

This is the administrative head of the organization where prospective sponsors are connected with candidates. The Board is also responsible for the final approval of The Cappuccino Club students and also accepts responsibility for securing funding for the candidates. The Board also ensures that the integrity of the program is maintained through close dialogue and scrutiny with all facets of The Cappuccino Club program.
